At Kisanio, we are committed to providing high-quality agricultural products and services. To ensure transparency and trust within our agri-tech ecosystem, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for physical goods (seeds, fertilizers, tools) before the order has been dispatched by the vendor. Once the status is updated to "Shipped" or "In Transit," the order cannot be canceled.
Service Bookings: Cancellations for drone services, machinery rentals, or expert consultations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Refunds are processed under the following specific conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is physically damaged or functionally defective.
Incorrect Orders: If the delivered product does not match the specifications or brand ordered on the app.
Non-Delivery: If the order fails to reach your location within the maximum promised delivery timeline due to vendor or logistics errors.
Due to the nature of certain agricultural goods, refunds are not applicable to:
Opened or used packets of seeds, pesticides, or fertilizers.
Perishable items (e.g., live plants) once they have been accepted at delivery.
Services that have already been fully rendered (e.g., a completed soil test or drone spray).
Raise a Request: Use the "Support" or "Return" section of the Kisanio app within 48 hours of delivery.
Verification: Our team or the vendor may require photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup of the item in its original packaging.
Credit: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days after the item is received and verified by the vendor.
As a multi-vendor marketplace, Kisanio facilitates communication between the buyer and the seller. In the event of a disagreement, Kisanio reserves the right to make the final decision based on the evidence provided by both parties.
Note: We recommend that farmers inspect all goods at the time of delivery before signing the acknowledgment receipt.
