STEP 1: Fill the Online Registration Form
Click the 'Register as Vendor' button on this page. Fill in your business name, owner name, mobile number, email address, business address (including village/town/district/pincode), and type of agri business.
STEP 2: Upload Required Documents
Upload scanned copies or phone photos of your GST Certificate, PAN Card or [Aadhaar Redacted] Card, Trade/Shop License (if applicable), and one cancelled cheque for bank account verification. File size: Max 2MB per document. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.
STEP 3: Kisanio Verification
Our vendor verification team will review your documents within 2 working days. You will receive a WhatsApp message and email confirming approval or requesting additional documents if needed.
STEP 4: Set Up Your Vendor Store
Once approved, log in to your Seller Dashboard. Add your store logo, business description, and business hours. Set up your bank account details for payment settlement.
STEP 5: List Your Products
Add products one by one or upload in bulk using our Excel/CSV template. For each product: add name, description, category, price, stock quantity, weight, and at least 1 product photo. Products go live within 30 minutes of approval.
STEP 6: Start Receiving Orders
You are now live on Kisanio! Orders will appear on your dashboard and you will receive instant WhatsApp + SMS notifications. Accept and fulfill orders within your committed dispatch time.

Shop & Establishment Registration
Must be a registered business entity — proprietorship, partnership, Pvt. Ltd., LLP, or FPO.
Must have valid GST registration (mandatory for vendors selling above ₹40 lakh/year).
Must sell only genuine, legally approved agricultural products.
Must be able to dispatch orders within committed timeframe (typically 24–48 hours).
Must maintain minimum stock levels to avoid order cancellations.
