Welcome to Kisanio, a digital agri-tech platform owned and operated by Kisanio Agritech Private Limited. By accessing our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Platform

Kisanio is a multi-vendor marketplace and service aggregator. We provide a digital infrastructure where independent third-party vendors (Sellers) list agricultural products and services, and Users (Farmers/Buyers) can browse and purchase them.

  • Kisanio acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the actual contract of sale between the Buyer and Seller.

  • We do not manufacture the products or directly own the inventory listed by third-party vendors.

2. Account Registration

  • To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid mobile number or email.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Use of Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

  • Permitted Use: You agree to use the app only for lawful agricultural and business purposes. Any fraudulent activity, including providing false information to farmers or vendors, will lead to immediate account termination.

  • Technology & Drones: Use of advanced machinery or drone services booked through the app must comply with local aviation and agricultural regulations.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are set by the respective vendors. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, the vendor reserves the right to cancel the order.

  • Payments: We support various payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

  • Commissions: Kisanio may charge a service fee or commission on transactions, which will be clearly outlined during the checkout process where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and vendors.

  • Kisanio is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, rural accessibility issues, or vendor-side inventory shortages.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Product Quality: Since products (seeds, fertilizers, machinery) are supplied by third-party vendors, Kisanio is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the items.

  • Crop Yield: Agriculture is subject to various environmental factors. Kisanio does not guarantee specific crop yields or financial outcomes based on the products or advice provided on the platform.

  • App Downtime: We aim for 24/7 availability but are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary technical disruptions or maintenance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kisanio app—including logos, software code, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Kisanio Agritech Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and agricultural data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the integrity of the Kisanio ecosystem.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
